At Airpark Auto Clinic Performance Parts, we are committed to delivering quality performance products and a transparent purchasing experience. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Return Authorization Required (RMA)
All returns must be pre-approved.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the original shipment date
- Returns sent without an approved RMA will be refused
- Items must be shipped only to the address provided in your RMA approval

- Full name used on the order
- Order number
- Part number(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Eligibility Requirements
Due to the nature of racing and high-performance components, we do not accept returns on products that have been:
- Opened
- Installed
- Modified
- Used in any way
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Brand new and unused
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Free of wear, tool marks, or installation attempts
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Products
The following purchases are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Clearance or discontinued inventory
- Scratch & dent items
- Mounted wheels or tires
- Tuners, programmers, and calibrators
- Custom-built or special-order components
Please confirm compatibility before ordering these items.
Wheels & Tires
Customers are required to fully inspect wheels prior to mounting tires.
Once a tire has been mounted or installed, the wheel is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Labor & Installation Disclaimer
Airpark Auto Clinic Performance Parts does not cover any labor-related costs associated with products purchased through our store.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Installation or removal fees
- Mechanic or performance shop charges
- Diagnostic or service costs
- Third-party labor expenses
Labor charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Timeline
Once an authorized return is received:
- The item will be inspected for compliance with return standards
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

Include clear photos and documentation within:
- 5 business days for incorrect items
- 7 business days for damaged or missing components
Do not install damaged or incomplete products. Installation may void eligibility for replacement or claim review.
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Shipments delivered to apartments, gated communities, or shared-access properties are the customer’s responsibility once marked delivered by the carrier.
