Shipping Policy
At Airpark Auto Clinic Performance Parts, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing
- In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it generally arrives to us within 2–3 business days and will be shipped to you promptly.
- Most orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days.
- Some manufacturer-supplied parts may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive and will be shipped immediately upon receipt.
Shipping Timeframes
- Ground shipping transit times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on location.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized shipments.
Oversized & Special Shipments
- Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.
- You will be contacted for approval before shipment if additional charges apply.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion in an effort to reduce shipping costs to the customer while maintaining reliable delivery.
Backorders & Availability
In the unlikely event that an item is placed on backorder or becomes discontinued, we will make every effort to locate a replacement or suitable alternative as quickly as possible and keep you informed.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.
